Absences from rehearsals and performances should be avoided at all costs. Please do not schedule doctors appointments, driving tests, personal care appointments, etc. during rehearsals. We are limited with the number of rehearsals that we have, and absences from those rehearsals creates an unproductive environment.

With that being said, we understand that emergencies do occur and some absences are unavoidable. If you are going to miss a rehearsal, please fill out the below form AND notify a Director in person of your absence.
