- Each vendor must apply through Asbury Park for a vending permit; a township requirement for vendors.- All vendors are subject to the approval of 12 Hours of House Music Committee.- After May 1, 2019, vendor booth fees may increase. Cancellation of booth space before May 1, 2019, will require a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation of booth space after May 15, 2019, will require a 50% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund of booth space rental will be granted if 12 Hours of House Music is notified in writing 30 days prior to the date of the event.
