Instructions

Please read each question carefully and fill this form out as accurately as possibly. This will allow us to best manage the logistics of the competition so that we can stay on schedule. You need to have competed before to be considered for staffing. You're welcome to help out during the day and learn the ropes, though! I understand that I must notify Matthew McMillan (matt@cubingusa.org) if I cannot make as soon as possible, and no later than 8pm EST on August 22nd. If I drop out any later, I understand that if selected, I will be required to pay the registration fee except in *very* extenuating circumstances

I understand that not showing up without notice to Matthew McMillan (matt@cubingusa.org) will result in being blacklisted from staffing and/or being required to pay the registration fee.

If selected, I agree to follow the directions of the Delegate and other staff, and to focus on staffing the competition. I will warm up for events as needed, but be considerate of my responsibilities.

Do you know how to run, judge, and scramble, or perform data entry? It's ok if you don't know how to do all of these! Please list the events you can scramble (if any), and also specify if there are any Delegates other that Matthew McMillan who have seen you help out at competitions.
