This application is for anyone interested in joining Tobacco Free Rhode Island's Tobacco Free Youth Ambassador Program! Note that filling out this application does not force you into this program, we will have an orientation to explain the program and answer any questions you and/or your parents (if under 18) have. After the orientation you can decide to continue or not. But if you have any interest, it doesn't hurt to fill out so we have your contact information!
