This survey is intended for any organization who is responding (or planning to respond) to the Winter Storm disaster of February 2021. Your responses will aid the Texas Gulf Coast Regional VOAD, local Long-Term Recovery Committees, local city governments and offices of emergency management efficiently deploy resources to your organizations and/or to the community at large.
