2026 Observer/ Producer Application Form - CTG Unified Auditions

This form will serve as the initial stage of sign-ups for Producers, Artistic Directors, Production Directors etc. to observe the Unified Auditions to be held on Sun. May 3 and Mon. May 4, 2026 held at the Aurora Fox Arts Center located at 9900 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO 80010.

If submitting on behalf of an organization, please just submit one form. CTG will review requests and send a confirmation email in advance of the auditions. All organizations must hold a current CTG Organizational membership at the time of the auditions.
