9th Grade PAL (Personal Activity Log)
All 9th and 10th grade students must demonstrate 200 minutes of physical activity every 10 school days (California Ed. Code 51210.1). Since Sheldon High School is on a block schedule not all students will be enrolled in Physical Education throughout the school year, therefore, we must monitor activity minutes via the Physical Education Activity Log (PAL).

All 9th and 10th grade students will complete the PAL throughout the school year.

• Students enrolled in Physical Education will enter their activity as “PE” in the activity field for each week
• Students not enrolled in Physical Education will enter their personal activity in the field for each week
(sample activities could be ,walking, dancing, skateboarding, swimming or any team/individual sports etc.)

*9th and 10th grade students will receive a pass- no pass grade on their report card for completing the PAL on Schoolloop and sending data to Mr. Smith (10th graders) and Mr. Williams (9th graders).
