Morning Markets 2023
Family and community event to support our local farmers, vendors, food trucks.   There is a vendor fee of $25.00 for a 10 X 10 space.  Morning Markets are on the 3rd Saturdays of the month from 9am - 1 pm on the following dates.

The Angier Morning Markets are a family oriented event; therefore, profanity or public displays of anything we deem offensive to any individual or group is strictly forbidden as well as items associated with alcohol, tobacco, weapons, and illegal substances. Do you agree to follow these guidelines?

We reserve the right to reject or accept an application. We try not to duplicate commercial items.

1. REFUND POLICY. Application fees will be deposited upon receipt. Automatic refunds will be made to any vendor not accepted to participate in the festival. No refunds will be given due to rain or vendor cancellation. All applications are final.
2. ALTHOUGH WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO AVOID DUPLICATIONS IN FOOD ITEMS AND PRODUCTS SOLD WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT SOME ITEMS WILL NOT BE DUPLICATED. IN ADDITION, WE REQUIRE THAT ALL FOOD VENDORS PROMINENTLY POST THEIR PRICES FOR THE PUBLIC.
3. FOOD VENDOR NOTES: All Food Vendors (profit and non-profit) must comply with Harnett County Fire Marshall rules, including, but not limited to: an ABC fire extinguisher must be accessible; for deep fat fryers, a Class K fire extinguisher must be accessible; and for those vendors either cooking or warming food items, tents must be stamped with confirmation the tent is flame retardant.
4. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Space assignments are made on a first come, first served basis. The layout of the event is at the discretion of the Community Development Coordinator. Your space assignment may be made in conjunction with a layout plan. You may purchase more than one space if the standard size booth is insufficient for your display or equipment. You must provide your own chairs, tables, tents, etc.
