DYS School Nurse Support Group Form 
Thank you for your interest in a new DYS Program- School Nurse Support Groups, where our goal is to further support nurses who work with students living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) by providing resources, education, and giving school nurses an opportunity to connect with one another and share educational information. These FREE meetings are open to nurses, as well as administrative staff, teachers, and any other school personnel who want to learn more about working with diabetes in the classroom.

Our next meeting is scheduled for:  TBD! Plan for a Thursday afternoon in November
