Functional Arts, a Prodigy Arts Fall Program @ AMRoC Fab Lab  - Sept 7-23
Thank you for your interest in the Functional Arts Prodigy Arts Program @ AMRoC Fab Lab!  Hosted in partnership with the University Area Community Development Corporation (UACDC) Prodigy Cultural Arts Program, this art program for middle and high school students explores Practical Arts helping build not only art skill,  but skills in communications, collaboration, goal setting, problem solving and more. 
 
This art program will be held at AMRoC Fab Lab at 2154 University Mall in Tampa as an afterschool program on the following dates: Sept 7, 8, 9 and Sept 21, 22, 23, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, with the class day serving as a Showcase Day open house for family and friends to enjoy students' finished work.   Students will use a variety of multimedia and shop tools, ranging from traditional art materials to hand and power tools, 3D printers, and laser cutter.

Thanks to UACDC Prodigy Cultural Arts there is no charge for this arts program.  It is also not necessary to attend every day of programming, although students will get more out of the experience if they're able to attend most of the sessions.

Prodigy Cultural Arts will provide a separate application and pre- and post-program surveys to complete before the start of classes, as well.
