Please allow 3 to 5 business days for The Motor House Team to review your inquiry. 

Rental rates will be determined based on accessibility, staffing requirements, and the size of the organization. Specific rates will be provided following a walkthrough to assess client needs.

Due to the high volume of event requests, we prioritize events that closely align with the Motor House mission first.

Consider our resident in-house chef, Moon Fire Kitchen, located in our Showroom Bar!

All third-party caterers must obtain a catering license approved by the Rentals and Events Manager at least two weeks before the event.

Vendors who sell pre-made items meant for consumption by patrons must also present a catering license to distribute their products.

Does your event require additional security?

Motor House provides one in-house security staff member per event. Events with a capacity of over 100 patrons require additional security.

Additional security will be added to your rental rate at $25/hour.
