After the resounding success of Adab Fest in 2019, we are now gearing up for the 2020 edition to be held on 31 January 1 and 2 February at the Arts Council, Karachi. Renowned Pakistani and international authors, thinkers, and artists will speak/perform, and launch and sign books, once again generating great opportunities for advertising.

Terms and Conditions for Booking Corporate or Mission Space
1. Your responses in this form will be emailed to you at the email address provided and that will serve as the invoice.  Booking will then be completed after Rs 300,000 (or other agreed amount) are received by Shayma Saiyid (Director, Adab Festival Pakistan).
2. All fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
3. Possession of the stall will be given on 30 January 2020, the day before Adab Fest begins.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning in and around their own stalls.
5. The playing of audio equipment is prohibited. Silent videos can be played.
6. Adab Fest will not be responsible for any theft or damage by fire or other natural calamities, during transit to and from the venue as well as during the Festival.
7. Space will be provided in a lobby area in a central festival location, and the corporation/business/mission will be free to design, furnish, brand and equip that space.
