Note that we usually book talks a few months in advance. We might be able to accommodate you for a particular month if your availability is limited. Please let us know if that is the case.

Talks duration and Q&A
Main talks are 25 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A.
Lightning talks are 5 minutes and there is no Q&A.
We might be able to accommodate other formats/durations on request
Laptop, slides and setup
1. Presenters usually bring their own laptop to the venue and we manage to find them and appropriate converter to HDMI.
2. Speakers should ensure to check-in before 7:00 PM with one of the PyData organizers.
3. You don't need to share slides in advance, you can do that after your talk is over.
We're happy for you to bring up to 3 guests, however we request that they register with their full names and RSVP on Please tell us their names so we can ensure they make it on the guest list.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
