Formal portrait list: 

Do you have a list of family / friend portraits you'd like to capture? Each portrait will take about 2-4 minutes, to gather all the right people and arrange them.

Is there a family member or coordinator who can help gather people for group shots? This can speed up the process but if not, I'm happy to do this!

It’s also helpful to know if there are any family dynamics I should be aware of (any challenging relationships) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Vendor List: 

Could you let me know which other vendors you'll be working with? I share any relevant photos with your other vendors, and I've found that it's a gesture they greatly appreciate. You can include any relevant contact info if you have it.
Flatlay photos (optional):

I usually get a few photos of your wedding details if I'm there as you're getting ready. Some helpful items you can collect for me (if it's important to you): your save-the-date and/or invitation, and a few loose florals from your florist. You are welcome to mail me a copy of your save-the-date and invitation (please reach out for address).
