Launch: School Pick-Up Request Form
Launch provides school pick-up from select schools in close proximity to the flagship center on West 81st Street. Please fill out the survey below to submit your request for pick-up, and our team will work hard to provide this service!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Filling out this form does not guarantee that Launch can accommodate your pick-up request. The Launch Team will review each request and contact families to confirm that we can fulfill the pick-up request. If your child's registration is contingent upon the availability of school pick-up, please note that requirement in the appropriate question below and wait to hear from Launch before you enroll your child.

Pricing
  • Pick-Up is FREE for students taking 2 or more programs in one day, and if 3 or more students request pick-up from that school.
  • Pick-Up is $5/session for students only taking 1 program at Launch on the day of pick-up, and if 3 or more students are requesting pick-up from that school. 
  • Pick-Up is $10/session for students requesting pick-up from a school that doesn't have at least 3 students requesting pick-up.
