About the Role
As a Social Media Intern on our team, you will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams.
- Manage day-to-day operations of current organic social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) including responding to comments and questions in near real-time in the Tovala brand voice.- Partner with creative teams to develop and produce new content campaigns for multiple channels.- Acquire new customers via Tovala’s organic social channels.- Engage community of followers through planned campaigns and respond through in-the-moment comments and messages.- Manage data tracking and analytics systems to gauge success and create plans.-Develop and manage monthly and quarterly strategic plans and goals.
