Thanks for taking the time to fill in this form, and helping gather thoughts around performance and data. Please put on your creative practitioner hat - I know most people have side hustles, part-time jobs and other ways to bring in the cash. This survey is about about your creative practice and data.

A few points...
There are a few places where I've written 'data' as a shorthand for the many aspects of working with data, including gathering, analysis and visualisation.

Please only answer the questions which you're comfortable with, you should be able to skip any of them.
