Moodle Basics
An introduction to Moodle, UPEI's Learning Management System. The Moodle Basics session will cover posting notes, slides, and another resources to your Moodle course page, sending class announcements to your students, and submitting final grades to the Registrar's Office.
Moodle Activities
A workshop about how to use Moodle to run some of your course activities online. Learn how to run quizzes, midterms, and exams online; how to build an assignment dropbox for students to submit papers and other projects, or how to set up a Moodle discussion forum.
Moodle Paper Quiz
A new Moodle feature lets you create a paper test using your Moodle question bank. That test can be scanned and graded by Moodle. This workshop will cover how those tests work, how they can be set up, and provide resources for running your own paper quizzes using your Moodle question bank.
Moodle Gradebook
You can use the Moodle gradebook to record grades and share marks or feedback with students. This workshop will cover the basics of building a Moodle gradebook.  
Gradebook Work-Along
Want to build your gradebook for the fall semester but would like to have an instructional designer close at hand to answer your questions? The Gradebook Work-Along will be a guided session for instructors to go through the steps of building their Moodle gradebook followed by time for questions or support to make sure that everything is ready for fall.
Moodle Beta
Get a look and feel for the next step for Moodle at UPEI. Participants will receive a sandbox course to test the new format.
