Dear TEL Alumni, 

We are delighted to invite you to gather in person for the Inaugural TEL Alumni Convening at Stony Point Center, NYC, from July 31 through August 2, 2026.

We look forward to creating meaningful moments of connection as all four TEL cohorts come together. The TEL Alumni Steering Committee is co-creating the agenda and will share it in April. You can count on time to:

• Reconnect within original cohorts

• Gather for whole group experiences

• Engage in embodiment practices and meaningful dialogue

• Strengthen the Beloved Community that continues to shape our work

We will begin on Friday afternoon, July 31st and conclude at lunch on Sunday, August 2nd. 

TEL holds dear the vision that all alumni can attend and has sought funder support toward that goal. Thanks to the generosity of a heart-led funder, TEL will cover a portion of everyone's food and lodging expenses. Stony Point charges $380 per person for food and lodging for the weekend. 

Rather than charging a set contribution from each alumni, we are asking that when you confirm your attendance, you make a  donation to TEL of $150 that will go toward food and lodging. Please adjust this up or down as fits your personal circumstances. You will receive a tax receipt for your donation. 

Travel expenses are the responsibility of each Alum. (There may be some supplemental travel support for those coming long distances. We’re currently seeking funder support for that!)

We ask everyone to reply to this very brief survey as an initial RSVP, to help us get a good estimate of attendance as we continue planning thoughtfully.
