This form is for those who are interested in joining the Rogers Park Community Response Team (RP-CRT). The RP-CRT supports neighbors with groceries, medications, and other needs in Rogers Park. Volunteers will be assigned tasks based on preference, need, and the criteria below. Training is available online (https://rpcrt.org/join-our-team/).
