Welcome2Mason 2017 Event Submission
If you would like to have your event during Welcome2Mason (August 26th - September 16) on our calendar, please fill out the information below. This form is also being used to collect requests for additional funding for events happening during that time frame.

Deadline for submission is July 12th at 5pm for funding and to have your event listed on all printable marketing. All events will be listed on the Welcome2Mason website, however due to amount of events Welcome2Mason is not able to put all events on printed materials.

If you submit this form after August 1st your event will be listed on the website only. August 1st is also the final deadline to receive funding. No exceptions.
