SOCK (Supporters of Country Kids) 2020
Kia ora! This is the 2020 update - please fill this out, even if you've done one in the past.
SOCK is Country Kids informal database of parents, grandparents, staff and Moutere locals who want to support Country Kids - with baking, crafting, workshops, fundraising, working bees etc.
We ask that ONE member of your household fills this form out, taking into account both or other caregivers.
It would be great if you then passed this form on to other members of your extended whanau who might want to be involved with Country Kids in some small way.
Please note that this is not a binding commitment! It is simply an opportunity to collect and collate the talent and aroha that exists in our valley. Thanks in advance!
