Fall Festival Field Trip Planning Questionnaire 2025
We have begun scheduling fall 2025 field trips and will be in touch with you via email soon after you fill out this form. 

The information you provide about your group will help us to better plan your trip to the farm! Please note that we will not begin scheduling fall field trips until early August 2025. Cost of the field trip is $12 for each student and chaperone. Teachers and bus drivers are free. 

Please be advised that other school groups will likely be at the farm while you are there and if your group is very small then you may be asked to pair with another group during your hayride tour.

Do you need any special accommodations?
Please note that each hay ride can serve 40-60 people, depending on the number of adults in your group. Please be considering how to split your group into appropriate sizes. We will be in communication about how many rides your group will need to take based on parameters. 
Do you intend to allow your students/participants order snacks or meals from the concession stand for an additional fee? Please see our menu on our website. (Knowing this in advance helps us to properly staff and stock the concession stand for your needs. If yes, we may ask your group to order upon arrival to improve our efficiency.) *
Is your group learning about or interested in anything specifically related to farming, pollinators, or weather that you'd like us to elaborate on during your time with us? We will make efforts to adapt any talks to the age of your group.
