Please complete this form if you need to make a change to your registration.
Any changes to your registration are subject to a nonrefundable $50 fee.
Any transfers or cancellation requests must be made 8 days before the start of the class or there will be no refunds or credits.
Once a class has started there are no transfers, credits, refunds.
We do not offer make-ups or pro-rate tuition if students are absent. We will only offer a make-up if the instructor needs to reschedule a class date.
