This opportunity is designed for school-based leaders—such as instructional coaches, assistant principals, deans, and teacher leaders—who are ready to elevate instructional coherence, adult development, and equitable classroom practice through a proven coaching model.

  • Weekly coaching support (2 hours per week)

  • School site visits, virtual sessions, co-observation, and feedback

  • Strategic leadership development aligned to your school’s instructional goals

  • Tools, reflection protocols, and written progress reviews

📅 Term: August 15, 2025 – June 30, 2026
💰 Cost per leader: $15,000

A CCM team member will follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm participation, provide a coaching agreement, and share next steps.
