BOOTH SIZE:
Booths measure 10’x10’. You are responsible for any tables, chairs, tents, awnings or decorations needed for your booth. All booths are outside. Tents or awnings are recommended.

TYPES OF VENDORS:
It is the policy of the Wayland Main Street Promotion Committee to limit the number of booths devoted to a particular food variety. When submitting this contract it is necessary to complete the Food Vendor Menu to avoid any conflicts. The number of food vendors will be limited as well at the discretion of the committee. We are only seeking food vendors to meet the needs not already met by our Downtown Wayland restaurants.

BOOTH LOCATION:
The Wayland Main Street Promotion Committee reserves the right to determine booth location.

SET UP TIME:
You may begin booth set up after 4:00PM on July 20, 2018 and 10:00AM on July 21, 2018. Unloading of vehicles or trailers must be concluded and removed no later than 30 minutes prior to start of event. Vendors will be allowed to drive up to their booths to unload or unhitch trailers only and must remove vehicles immediately upon unloading. Vehicles left unattended may be towed. Booths must be open by start of the event.

PARKING:
All vehicles must be removed from the exhibit area 30 minutes prior to event. Parking will be available in the old Wayland Union Schools Transportation lot, located behind Pine Street Elementary.

EVENT HOURS:
Your booth must be ready and open for business immediately at 6:00PM on Friday, July 20, 2018 and 12:00PM on Saturday, July 21, 2018. You may choose to participate in only one day of the event. Please indicate which day(s) you plan to participate. Booths are to remain open until 10:00PM on Friday and 10:00PM on Saturday. It is recommended that you do not leave your booth unattended. Booth holders who close early may not be invited back.

BOOTH FEES:
There is no booth fee associated with food vendors for the 2018 Wayland Main Street Celebration. Vendor selection will be at the discretion of the Wayland Main Street Promotion Committee. The event will be held rain or shine.

INSURANCE/PERMITS:
Proof of insurance is required to be a Food Vendor during the Main Street Celebration. Allegan County Health Dept. requires all food vendors to have a Temporary Food Service Establishment License.
