Thank you for your interest in conducting research with HRI! Please complete the form below if you would like to initiate a research project or collaborate on an existing research project. 

This form is intended to help streamline research projects utilizing the HRI database, a unique and invaluable resource with the potential to amplify the voices and stories of the community members HRI servesIn return, we ask that anyone involved in our research must be trained to scribe with HRI. 

Friendly reminder: Please read the final instructions at the bottom of the form to ensure prompt review. Once you've submitted the form please allow 1-2 weeks before following up with the HRI Senior Research Coordinators.
