Hot Chocolate Walk - Cocoa Stop Participant Form
The Village at Allen is providing holiday programming each weekend in December to help promote customer traffic within the shopping center. On Saturday, December 1, the Village is hosting the 1st annual Hot Chocolate Walk from 3:00-6:00PM and we want you to participate as a hot cocoa stop!

WHAT IS THE HOT CHOCOLATE WALK?
It's a free holiday event that promotes foot traffic throughout the Village and helps stores off-the-beaten-path get exposure. A map of the shopping center with all the cocoa stop locations will be posted online and printed for attendees to pick up the day of the event. The Hot Chocolate Walk map will also have a list of the dining and shopping promotions going on at the merchant locations serving as cocoa stops.

Each cocoa stop is encouraged to customize their hot chocolate to make it special. Attendees will have a chance to vote on their favorite hot chocolate stop!

If an attendee visits at least six cocoa stops, they can be entered into the raffle drawing held at the end of the event at 6:15pm at the Grove. Prizes will include donated retail and dining gift cards and items.

Check-in will be at the Grove. Attendees will then walk all around the property.

WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?
This free event will bring down Allen families and couples to the Village and to your store. This scavenger hunt style event is perfect for hard-to-find shops and restaurants because attendees will be searching for their next hot cocoa stop. There is NO CHARGE to signup as a cocoa stop. The Village management staff will provide you with the hot chocolate, beverage dispenser, signage, and disposable cups. All you have to do is customize your hot chocolate by flavoring it or providing unique cocoa fixings.

WHAT DOES IT COST ME?
You just have to pay for how you're going to customize your hot chocolate and any raffle item you wish to donate. Everything else is provided to you. The only fee that will be charge to you is if you cancel within a week of the event. We have to print the schedule and place catering orders based upon your commitment.

If you want to have an "adult" hot chocolate option, you must also have a non-adult option available. (Adult hot chocolate must be drank inside the store, no alcohol on the street.)
