New Member/March Overnight Scholarship Application

As with any BBYO event, we never want money to be a barrier for attendance. Scholarship is always available! Please fill out this form and Regional Staff will be in touch. *If a teen is sent home due to violating BBYO's Code of Conduct and Community Commitment, any scholarship given must be paid back in full*

New Member Overnight (March 1 - 2): $180

March Overnight (March 2 - 3): $199

Scholarship Application Due: Tuesday, Feb 20th

Registration Closes: Wednesday, Feb 21st, 11:59 pm

Last day to request a refund: Wednesday, Feb 21st, 11:59 pm

How to register: Please DO NOT register until Regional Staff reaches out to confirm your scholarship amount. Don't worry, applying here guarantees the price at the time you are filling out the application, so if you apply for scholarship during the March Overnight Flash Sale, your scholarship will apply to that discounted price. Once confirmed, Regional Staff will register the teen and apply the scholarship amount. You will then be able to log into myBBYO and pay the remaining balance.
