Lunchroom space is limited. Would you like to request to use the lunchroom before or after the field trip?
Our Reservation Coordinator will confirm if the lunchroom is available for the school. If the lunchroom is unavailable, there is outdoor space for the school to eat lunch. Or the students will have to eat lunch at school before or after the field trip

Payment Information
Partial payment (50 percent) is due at the time of booking (or up to a week after). The remaining balance is due on the day of the field trip. An invoice with amount paid and total due will be sent with your reservation confirmation. Please leave us the name and contact information for who will pay for this field trip and our reservation coordinator will contact them.

Cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required to receive a full refund of the partial payment. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice are non-refundable but may reschedule within a 12-month period. If the field trip is cancelled due to inclement weather, schools will be given the opportunity to reschedule if possible or the payment will be returned in full.
