The oncoming of spring brings feelings of renewal, transformation, and awakening. After months of hibernation, we can finally celebrate the end of winter and look forward to another beautiful and bountiful growing season!

Market Details:
- Saturday & Sunday, April 25th & 26th from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Vendor Fees : $350 (+GST) for an outdoor stall (for the entire weekend)
- $425 (+GST) for an indoor greenhouse stall (entire weekend)
- Applications due: March 1st, 2026
- Acceptances and invoices sent out: March 10th, 2026
- Payment due: March 20th, 2026
- All Cancelations must be requested by April 1st. Cancelations prior to or on April 1st will be issued a refund excluding an administrative fee of $100.00. Cancelations after April 1st will NOT be refunded.
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY AN ORGANIZER TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE!
- Vending will take place outside in the front parking lot and inside our main greenhouse.
Stall sizing and location:
- Vending will take place outside in the front parking lot and inside our main greenhouse.
Please select which location you PREFER. Being available for both indoors and outdoors increases your chance of being approved. Tents are highly recommended for outdoor spots and tent weights are required.
- Main Greenhouse - Stalls will be 10' x 10', or 12' x 6'. Please have your products and display ready to be adaptable to the size of your stall. You will have a map included with your acceptance where you will be able to see the size of your selected stall.
- Outdoor - You will be placed in one of our outdoor vendor areas. We do recommend that you have a shelter or tent for protection however they are not mandatory. Stalls will be 10' x 10', however you will be able to expand slightly and spread out in front of the area. Signage is allowed however Market staff reserves the right to determine appropriate placement of all signage.
- All vendors will be provided with 1 table (30" deep x 6' wide) for the event (No chairs).
- There will be VERY limited electricity available to vendors for this event and will be granted strictly on booth operations. You will not be granted electricity for lights, and phone chargers as vendors who may require necessary equipment like freezers will be offered electricity first.
- Wi-fi will be provided to vendors ONLY. It is still recommended to encourage cash and prepare yourself with a back up data option.
- This market is a ticketed event. We will be providing you with vendor specific discount codes that you can share with your community. For every 10 times your discount code is used, your vendor name will be entered into a draw to win back 50% of the cost of your booth at the Spring Market!
Set Up
- Friday, April 24th from 11 am - 8 pm OR If you can not make it before 8:00pm Friday, you will be able to access the farm as early as 6:30am on Saturday Morning (April 25th).
- All vehicles must be parked in the vendor parking lots by 8:00 am. Market weekends are VERY BUSY for us and we need to ensure that all available parking within close proximity is reserved for patrons. Remember, they're your patrons too
- You are expected to be set up and ready for sales to begin at 8:45am
- We will have wagons for your use during the event for move in and move out.
- You are welcome to leave your tent and display set up Friday night and Saturday night if you so choose. (The Saskatoon Farm will not be held liable for theft or damage of any products/shelters left on the premises).
Take Down - You will be permitted to begin take down of your booth when the market hours conclude. You are not to begin packing up or takedown until after 5:00pm on Sunday, April 26th!
- You will be able to access the parking lot with your vehicles by 5:15 pm, our staff will remove the fencing around the lot.
- ALL tents/shelters and merchandise must be removed from the vendor area by the end of day Sunday. All tables provided by The Saskatoon Farm can be left in place and staff will remove them.
- Please take and pack-out your garbage with you! Please do not use our garbage bins for your garbage - these bins are for the sue of customers. Left-over garbage/ debris at or in proximity of your booth will affect your placement at future markets.
