Only each team's coach is required to fill out the team form (1 form per team competing, per qualifier)

THIS GOOGLE FORM WILL SECURE YOUR SPOT IN A QUALIFIER (YOU WILL SELECT THE QUALIFIER YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN BELOW).
YOU WILL THEN BE SENT A TEAM # AND A LINK FOR YOUR TEAM MEMBERS TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT FROM TARA WILLIAMS WITHIN 24 HOURS. 

EVENT REGISTRATION FOR ALL QUALIFIERS OPENS MARCH 1ST, 2024. 

Team Minimum: 4 boys and 4 girls (no maximum)
All Teams must abide by all USTA Missouri Valley Junior Team Tennis Regulations.
Registration Fee / Per Player: $35 per player + credit card processing fee

AGE REQUIREMENT: Players must remain age eligible through August 31 of the MVJTT Championship Year, for the age group in which they are participating, in order to register, participate and advance.

LEVELS OF PLAY: All players must be rated in accordance with the World Tennis Number (WTN) in USTA’s Digital Platform to determine play level. 
  • 14U Championship: WTN 40-10
  • 18U Championship: WTN 40-10
Each age division will be divided into pools of play using the WTN team average when applicable.

A Player may only participate in ONE individual match per team match.
