The form is to be used when you receive a note from the school detailing the events. Please note that this form contains ALL the events we conduct round the year, however, only those entries will be considered which are for the events which will be mentioned in the circular sent to you.
Teachers should not use this form. Teachers should use the form for Bulk entry whose link is provided to them separately
Since many parents find it difficult to use / remember the logins, we are allowing you to use your STUDENT_ID which is printed on the I-card (and which is a part of your email ID). This however means that someone may enter a different persons ID and the entry will be wrong. SO, PLEASE ENTER ALL THE DETAILS ACCURATELY.
For more than one student, please fill the form separately for each one. i.e. close and open a fresh form for the next entry
