2024 MOH Partner Nonprofit Application 
Our Mission: We believe that when the human heart is moved by music, the world hears. Change starts with a single melody of hope. Melody of Hope (MOH) exists to support and become an advocate for area nonprofit organizations through the power of music. MOH builds live music programs, concerts and showcases that feature up-and-coming artists in popular venues while focusing on a greater cause. MOH uses these events to educate and mobilize attendees to extend the hope of Jesus to many in tangible ways for local nonprofit organizations already serving those in need. 

Eligibility: In order to become a Melody of Hope partner nonprofit, organizations must: 
  1. Be operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization 
  2. Provide programming that benefits adults, children and/or veterans in North Texas 
  3. Agency must have a Board of Directors 

To apply please provide the following information/documentation: 
  1. Completed application (below)
  2. A copy of your 501(c)(3) IRS final determination letter 
Please Note: Application Deadline and Partner Agreement is due February 1st, 2024
