Pure Spec 2018 Vendor Information Form
Thank-you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Pure Spec! Your support is appreciated, and we're excited to help put you in touch with Edmonton's nerd community. This year's festival takes place June 15 and 16 at the Alberta Avenue Community League. The vendor hall will be open from 4pm-10pm on the Friday, and from 9:30am-6pm on Saturday. Vendor set-up will start at Noon on Friday, and we will have a cart and volunteers on-hand to help you.

Table fees are $75 a table for this year, to a maximum of three tables per vendor. Tables are 8'x30" each, and includes a roughly 8'x10' area around your table. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee you'll be next to a wall, so please plan your display accordingly.

As admission to the Festival is free, you can acquire as many Vendor passes as you require to manage your table(s). Volunteer support can also be arranged, with notice, to allow you to attend panels during the festival; please come to Registration or flag down a volunteer to arrange that.

Each vendor/artist space includes a text ad on the website, including Company Name and a point of contact (e.g. hyperlink or contact number). If you would like to purchase a larger ad on our site or a print ad in our program, please email us at pure.speculation@gmail.com for rates, as attending vendors will receive a discount.

Power is only available upon request, and may require an additional fee.

We will have a supply kit onsite with scissors, tape, markers, etc available for your use. Please check with a volunteer onsite if you need anything.

Please fill out the following application/waiver no later than May 31, 2018. Our Vendor Liaison will contact you about payment once your application has been reviewed and confirmed. Payment via PayPal is preferred, and payment can be sent to pure.speculation@gmail.com. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your booking.
