Brinkley Expungement Clinic Volunteer Sign Up Form
Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Arkansas Access to Justice's Brinkley Expungement Clinic! The clinic will take place on October 5th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the James R. Hale Educational and Cultural Center, located at 300 W. Martin Luther King Drive Brinkley, Arkansas.
Prior experience with criminal law is not required. A one hour CLE webinar will be held to train volunteer attorneys and law student on October 3rd at noon. A recording of the CLE will be available for those who cannot attend the live webinar. We will also have attorneys with experience handling expungement cases on hand the day of the event to help with any difficult cases. Volunteers at this event will only be responsible for providing advice and preparing forms. The client will be responsible for filing and appearing at any hearing.
