Join us to learn about wild vegetables of our region and make a meal of fresh spring shoots! On this walk, guided by Jennifer Cotes of Moose, Mushrooms, and Mud, we will learn about edible plants and how to responsibly harvest them. The event is on June 3rd from 1-4pm starting from the Tabor Mountain parking lot. Come prepare with rain jackets, sturdy shoes, and bug spray.
