Incoming student roommate finder for 2025-2026 application
This form is aimed to help incoming Caltech graduate students find potential roommates for the 2025-2026 academic year.

This form is being monitored by the Office of Student and Family Engagement (SFE), but it is up to students to directly contact interested roommates. SFE is not responsible for pairing students. If you would like assistance in initiating conversation with roommates, feel free to contact gradras@caltech.edu.

This form will be available until the end of summer 2025. Please note that you will only be allowed to submit one response, but you can edit your responses by accessing this form link with the same account you used to fill it out and selecting "edit your response".

Once you have found your roommate(s):
(1) please remember to update your response to the related question to indicate that, it would make it easier for other incoming students to reach out to available roommate(s).
(2) If it's before the application system closes (open from 4/15-4/30), please include the name(s) of your roommate(s) in your application.
(3) If you find a roommate after the application closes, please use this form to submit your request to the Housing Office: https://housing.caltech.edu/grads/roommaterequestform
(4) Please check out this roommate cleaning space agreement (https://housing.caltech.edu/housing-resources/roommate-clean-space-agreement), which might help when noting your preferences for yourselves and your roommate(s).
