2. Purpose for processing:

Personal and location data: For the purpose of making contact in connection with the development of the English College in Prague, for sending news about the College, including the ECP newsletter, invitations to school events and seasonal greetings.
 
Biographical information: For the purpose of providing university and careers advice for students and of the English College in Prague, for statistical and historical research, arranging school events and promoting the English College.

3. The time period for processing your personal data is:  During your time at the college and for 10 years after the date you leave. After 10 years we will request your consent to extend this for an additional 10 years.

4. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, unless the law allows or requires us to do so.

5. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
a) take back your consent at any time
b) ask us for information about how we process your personal data
c) request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data
d) request access to these data from us and update or correct these data
e) require us to erase this personal information
