Filling out this form indicates your interest in having Animal Friends Alliance at your event. Filling out this form is NOT a guarantee that we will be able to do your event. We require notice at least 1 month in advance of your event, as it takes many resources and team members to prepare for offsite events.

Please remember that we are working with animals that are living beings, and it can be hard to predict if any issues or medical concerns will arise. We will not send sick or undersocialized animals to events. Some shelter animals have varying levels of confidence and will do best in specific environments,  we want to keep our animals and the patrons of your event healthy and safe!

Someone will contact you after this form is completed. If your event is not for several months, we may not be able to confirm participation until the month before.
