Hindu Youth Association (HYA): 2023-2024 Online Registration

Registration for 2023-2024 will be online ONLY. Please complete the form for each child you wish to register by 25th August 2023.

For upcoming 2023-2024 academic year, please see details of all the classes below:
  • Gujarati classes will be held at Plumstead Manor on Saturday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Hinduism classes will be online on Thursday from 7:00pm
  • Adults Gujarati classes will be online on Wednesday from 7:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Programming classes will be held at Swaminarayan Mandir, Woolwich, on Saturday from 11:30am - 12:30pm. (Note this is for students in secondary school and above).
  • Music classes will be held at Ram Mandir, Woolwich, on Monday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Note: Completing the form does NOT guarantee your child a place. We will contact you to confirm placement.

You or a person authorised by you will be responsible for ensuring dropping off and picking up your child from Hindu Youth Association classes and that you release Hindu Youth Association and its officers of any liability for any accidents, injuries or loss of personal effects during this time and during classes.

3. I hereby give permission for a qualified first aider to administer first aid and in the event of an emergency authorise representatives of Hindu Youth Association to authorise treatment to the child named above by doctors/hospital personnel.  

4. I agree to pay all expenses as a result of any medical treatments as a result of the above named child's participation in Hindu Youth Association activities.

5. I agree to be bound by all Hindu Youth Association policies and procedures (www.hyauk.org).
