Delivery Model Change Request - Student Waiting List
The Peach County School System is no longer accepting requests for students to move between online and hybrid delivery models. Requests are now being placed on a waiting list for students to move to their parent's or guardian's preferred delivery model based on the time frame originally communicated on the decision guide mailed out this summer. If approved, changes will take place at the start of second semester on January 05, 2021. Please fill out the form below to request a change in your child(ren)'s instructional delivery model (one per child).

In order to provide adequate time for schedule changes to be made, all requests must be submitted by December 4, 2020.
