Non-emergency requests made less than 2 business days before the event will be declined.
The largest Mathematics room in McHenry (1240) holds 48 people but this room is usually completely filled with sections during the school year, and thus totally unavailable M-F 9am to 5pm. Our other large room (1257, 45 people) is similarly impacted. However, weekends are usually completely open even for 1240 or 1257. Our other rooms are smaller (24 people.) We suggest doing multiple small events within the sizes of rooms that are available. Or you could meet through Zoom.
If this doesn't meet your needs, a GA room will need to be requested from Central Scheduling. Please submit your request through this form, room choice GA. I will still need notice to make the ask, and Scheduling *may* take some days to respond. GA room requests with less than 7 business days of notice will be declined.
Please plan ahead so that there is sufficient time to schedule a room and everyone is well served by your event.
