How do I play?
Inspired by their friends' adventures in Refe and Susan Tuma's books "What the Dinosaurs Did Last Night" and "What the Dinosaurs Did at School," dinosaurs went wild at Loutit District Library! Your mission is to find out where they've been.

This challenge combines a virtual puzzle with a real world scavenger hunt. Each clue will consist of a photograph we captured of the sneaky dinos exploring the library. In order to track them down, identify the mystery location, go there, and find the missing information needed to solve each step of the puzzle. Answer correctly and you will unlock the next photo clue!

In order to collect all the information to solve this puzzle, you will need to travel to some locations inside the library. Please keep library open hours in mind when planning your adventure:

Mon&Tues: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Wed-Fri: 10:00 am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sunday: CLOSED
So these locations could be anywhere?
Nope! All photographs were taken at Loutit District Library. They may be inside or outside, upstairs or down, but you won't need to leave the premises to find any dino clues.
Do I have to solve the puzzle all in one go?
That's up to you! There are 10 locations of dino mischief you will need to locate. You will likely be able to find all in one visit, but there's no harm in taking your time! You have the whole month of October (International Dinosaur Month!) to complete this puzzle.

You might want to make note of your answers as you go in case you need to return to the puzzle on another day.
What do we get if we solve it?
A big adventure, the satisfaction of knowing your team's got what it takes to crack the case -- and who knows, a dino or two just might follow you home...

(Plus we'd love to be able to brag about your family's awesome puzzle solving skills on the library's social media!)
