Vendor Application - Porkapalooza
Welcome to Porkapalooza 2019! We are thrilled to showcase your business at the 6th annual Porkapalooza BBQ festival. As a part of our vendor lineup you will be at the heart of the festival, and will be featured among many talented BBQ competitors! On average Porkapalooza brings in an attendance of 25,000 visitors with a passion for all things BBQ. This all inclusive, family event celebrates the culinary art of BBQ with a vision to educate the public about BBQ and the food we eat.

This application form will be subject to review by the organizing committee. Should there be sufficient interest from the committee, you will be notified, and then payment will be requested. Application acceptance is not final until payment has been received and confirmed by e-transfer to info@porkapalooza.ca. Payment must be received no later than Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

Food Vendor Responsibilities
1. Hours of Operation: Saturday, June 15, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. (festival ends at 11 p.m.) Sunday, June 16 , 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.(festival ends at 7 p.m.)
2. Storage facilities at site
3. Own tent ( must be fire retardant and meet minimum tent weight and requirements), tables, chairs (if applicable)
4. Must meet all Health & Fire Regulations. Please attach a copy of your AHS certificate with this
application if you plan to sample. If you do not have your certificate, please send a copy when you receive it. AHS certificate needs to be on site.
9. Must obtain min. $2,0000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance naming the Porkapalooza
BBQ Festival Society and Northlands as additional insured (due May 31, 2019) for June 15-18, 2019.
I understand the following responsibilities
In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my staff, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I or my team may have against the Porkapalooza BBQ Festival Society, Alberta Pork, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself, my team, or my guests in the event. I understand that Porkapalooza is an outdoor event, and that the ground cover, lighting, and weather conditions may pose potential hazards. Further, I grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations laid out by the Porkapalooza BBQ Festival Society. *
