TLHBeerFest VIP Food Partner Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in being part of the VIP Experience at the Tallahassee Beer Festival. Our VIP Food Partners are a huge selling point for our patrons and allows us to raise even more money to reinvest in our community partners providing a much needed safety net for our neighbors in need. Below provides basic details about how our VIP Food Partnership works. If you are in, give us some basic details to get started. 

Date and Time: The 2025 Tallahassee Beer Festival will take place at the Civic Center on August 8-9. We have two different opportunities for you to be part of:
  1. The Early Bird, 12:45-1:55 pm: serve and interact with our VIP and Early Admin guests in the main beer halls for the first hour of the Fest before the general doors open; you must be set up and ready at 1 and able to pack up quickly and move out at 2; expecting 750 people spread between the two halls; limited to 4 vendors; must be in person.
  2. The VIP Lounge, 1:45-3 pm, 2:45-4 pm, or 3:45-5 pm: serve and interact with our VIP patrons inside the VIP room with access to exclusive brews and live entertainment; Food service rotates every hour; expecting 525 people to filter in and out between 2 pm and 5 pm; limited to 12 vendors (four every hour); volunteers to help serve available.
Quantity: We do not expect our VIP Food Partners to feed all the guests; however, we do request each partner to provide buffet friendly options for a 150-200 guests for whichever shift you are assigned. In return, we give you 4 VIP passes for the Festival. 

Set Up: All Vendors must use the BACK ENTRANCE to unload food and supplies 30 minutes before your "shift" starts. Please DO NOT enter from upstairs and take the elevator down. We will send you a temporary parking pass to get it and will have signs posted.

If you want to check-in early to enjoy the Fest before your confirmed delivery time, that is cool, too. Only the name listed below will be able to pick up passes. If you need more, they can be pre-purchased at a discounted rate.
