If you are filling out this form, it is because you booked a tee time at one of the Baltimore County courses, failed to call, cancel or modify your time or failed to show.  No Shows are the number one reason for increased green fees due to lost revenue.  In addition, it eliminates our other golfers who want to play from being able to book a tee time that ultimately goes unused.
 
By completing this form, we will evaluate your responses and make a decision.  If this is your second No Show or more, there will be no consideration for a refund and your account could be suspended.  Our goal is to never charge this fee, but increased No Shows have left us with little recourse.
