In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the Event, I, the undersigned, for myself, my dependents, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold completely harmless: His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Councils for Canada and British Columbia, the organizers and sponsors of the Event, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers (collectively called the “Organizers”), from any and all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages or causes of action arising out of, or in consequence of, any loss, injury, or damage to my person or property, including, any expenses of any kind, resulting from my participation in, or attendance, at the Event, whether arising by reason of the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise.
I acknowledge that I may be photographed or videotaped while participating in the sessions, which images may be used to promote and market the Ismaili Youth Soccer Camp to the Jamat, and hereby consent to the use of my image or likeness for marketing and/or promotional purposes in the future. Furthermore, I understand and agree that the copyrights to the photographs and/or videotapes belong to the Ismaili Council for British Columbia.
