Sustained Dialogue Inclusive Leadership: Tri-C Application (Fall '17 & Spring '18)
This application is to be filled out by primary by individuals--students, faculty and staff--who would like to attend the Sustained Dialogue Inclusive Leadership training at Tri-C this fall 2017 or spring 2018 (dates below).

o Eastern Campus – FULL
o Western Campus – October 6th, 8:30-5:00
o Westshore Campus – October 20th, 8:30-5:00
o Metropolitan Campus – February 2nd, 8:30-5:00

If you are interested in participating in Sustained Dialogue but are unable to attend one of the training sessions, please fill out the application, making sure to check the box in the first section.

*Note: Students, you do not have to go through the training to participate in a dialogue group on your campus, but you need to in order to lead and moderate a dialogue group.

All applicants interested in the Moderator training will hear back no later than Wednesday, September 20th, at 8pm.
