We're sorry to learn about your decision to cancel your membership with Titans Sports Academy. By submitting this cancellation form, you acknowledge our 30-day notice policy. During the next 30 days, your membership will remain active, allowing you to continue enjoying our facility. Please be aware that any outstanding payments due within this period will be charged accordingly. After the 30-day timeframe, your membership with Titans Sports Academy will be discontinued. We sincerely appreciate your time with us and hope your experience has been a positive one.

EXAMPLE:

If you submit the cancellation form on August 10th, your 30-day notice period begins on August 10th. Your membership will remain active during this period, and you can continue using Titans Sports Academy facilities. If you have any outstanding payments, such as a monthly membership fee of $45 due on August 15th, it will be charged as usual. Your membership will officially end on September 9th, and you will not be charged any further beyond that date.

Example 2 (Membership Cancelled after 30-day Notice Period):

Suppose you cancel your membership with Titans Sports Academy and submit the cancellation form on August 20th. Since the 30-day notice period started on August 20th, your membership remains active during this time, allowing you to access the facility until September 19th. If a payment of $45 is due on August 25th for your monthly membership fee, it will still be charged since it falls within the notice period. However, no further charges will be applied after September 19th, as your membership will be officially discontinued after the 30-day notice period.
